Endeavour, 2 Castlebay, Isle of Barra. Jon and Jill Davies would like to welcome you to Endeavour, Castlebay. Small, friendly and easy going, we offer comfortable en-suite accommodation on a ROOM ONLY basis, inclusive of a light breakfast tray in room on request. We can accommodate double, single or twin and have a family room with a double and single bed, and can also provide a travel cot if required. Rooms are equiped with free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facility and a small fridge. (N.B Endeanour is no longer operating as a B&B and we do NOT offer a cooked breakfast) Our two rooms have sea views accross Castlebay and Vatersay sound, taking in Kisimul Castle and the Islands of Maol Domhnaich and Vatersay. We can provide cover for cycles overnight, and Endeavour is an excellent staging post for all embarking on a tour of the Hebrides. All Castlebay amenities are within easy walking distance, and we are on hand for information on attractions like day trips, special exhibitions or events dances and ceilidhs as they occur. Directions: When alighting from the Oban - Castlebay ferry, follow the traffic up the hill and turn left, we are about 200 yards along on the right hand side,( landward side) below the old church. When driving from the North we are landward of the road, between the pier and the school, overlooking the marina moorings. When travelling from the North wea re between the school and hotels.
