• kitchen / dining room with large adjustable table (sits max 12) and modern purpose built kitchen units and a central island containing a 5-ring gas hob. Kitchen also contains a dishwasher and large American-style fridge / freezer. Again, sliding patio door access to the deck from the dining area.

•  a mezzanine bedroom with bunk-beds , satellite TV / DVD player.

•  single bedroom.
•  shower room with w/c.

All linen, towels and beach towels provided. Weekly rates are inclusive of electricity and gas central heating costs.
